1. Infinity Pool
The infinity pool started third on my list, but I realize this is our favorite spot at the Sheraton and deserves first! 😉 My daughter and I spent many hours here enjoying the views, talking to other guests, watching the ocean, and just relaxing (it’s for ages 16 and above – so thankfully she was old enough!). Drinks can be ordered from one side of the pool and the bean bag floats are complimentary to use. Amazing sunsets from here each evening!
2. The Views
There are spectacular views of Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, and the Pacific Ocean from this resort! If you want your own slice of this view, book an oceanfront room (the ocean view rooms have some partial water views). My daughter and I spent a lot of time on our balcony watching the surfers!
3. Location
The Sheraton Waikiki is in a prime location with just steps to Waikiki Beach (it’s not across the street like some of the hotels). It sits right next to the famous pink hotel – The Royal Hawaiian. There are numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel (it’s in the hub of upscale shopping on Oahu!). It’s also a safe area with many tourists.
4. Energy
If you’re looking for a hotel in the middle of the action; the Sheraton is the one for you in Waikiki! It offers many amenities and activities to keep you entertained day and night. With an open air lobby and bars/restaurants/shops on site… it’s abuzz with people all day long.
5. The Cookie Corner
My daughter and I ate (ok, more like devoured 😉 ) some of the best cookies we’ve ever tasted at the Cookie Corner in the Sheraton! These locally made Hawaiian cookies quickly became our go to dessert during our stay on Oahu. One visit, after ordering our regular of peanut butter and chocolate chip – we discovered the Key Lime Bars! To. Die. For. Somehow a bag even made it home with us!
