Stepping into Zaytinya feels like a vacation within a vacation. Even though I’m not a big foodie – I feel compelled to share more about this new hotspot in Las Vegas. My husband and I happened to be in town during Zaytinya’s soft opening and since Greek/Mediterranean is our favorite cuisine – we couldn’t pass up dinner here!
1. Mediterranean Menu
The menu is a fusion of Greek, Lebanese, and Turkish foods. I highly recommend the Chef’s Menu; including 3 courses with 3 specialities in each – all delicious! We paired with a white Greek wine from their extensive collection, and finished with the scrumptious olive oil cake (dessert is also included in the Chef’s Menu).

2. Decor/Ambience
The mosaic bar is the focal point of this stylish restaurant (I’m told symbolic of the Greek evil eye) and it’s a lively spot for a drink. I love the dim lighting, cozy seating areas, and large fireplace. The design (along with the staff) exudes a very welcoming feeling!
3. Vegas Strip Location
Zaytina has a prime location central location on the strip in The Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace. Start your evening with some shopping… or it’s the perfect spot for an after dinner walk.
4. Restaurant Staff
Even though we dined at Zaytinya with it only being their second week open – we found the wait staff extremely knowledgeable about the food and wines. They are friendly and coupled with just the right mix of attentiveness!
5. Celebrity Chef
Zaytinya is a terrific choice if you want to dine at a Celebrity Chef restaurant in Vegas (also one of the few Mediterranean options). Chef Jose Andres is the creator behind Zaytinya and also the nonprofit World Central Kitchen.
Zaytinya is open evenings from 5-9 pm and 5-10pm on the weekends. Make your reservation for a little escape to the Mediterranean during your time in Vegas!
Until the next adventure – bon voyage
